Meet Kim Shippey, President and Lead Consultant
As a professional fundraiser for 20 years, I recognize that effective relationships are the driving force to impactful change. I thrive on working with organizations that make an impact. As President and Lead Consultant with KMJ Consultants, I have guided non-profits through sustainable fund development campaigns, capital campaigns, restructures, and pandemic-related changes – among other challenges. This work has given me the opportunity to see organizations in a different way, aligning goals with strategic directions, and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
