Kim Shippey from KMJ Consultants worked with Haldimand and Norfolk Health & Social Services as the Project Lead for our Community Safety and Well-Being Plan. Kim was great to work with – knowledgeable, dedicated, creative and very responsive. Kim Shippey was an integral part of an Organizational Review conducted for the Mohawk College Foundation. Assessments and recommendations were made regarding organizational charts, new job descriptions, job titles and reporting structures. Ways to improve the efficiency of tasks, collaboration with College staff, training, mentoring, and best practices were measured. As a direct result, Kim ensured the Foundation was streamlined with a stronger delivery of services and effectiveness, all the while aligning with our Strategic Plan.
